This pertains to the construction of a luxurious residence in the center of Louvain-la-Neuve. These five buildings near the Esplanade Louvain-la-Neuve Commercial Center were designed in compliance with all environmental protection requirements. The project’s aim was to offer comfortable but environmentally-friendly housing with easy accessibility to shops, services and cultural facilities.

The project consists of five buildings designated A, B, C, D, E and its construction was divided into two stages. Within the first stage, buildings C, D, E will be constructed. Within the second stage, buildings A and B will be constructed. The project consists of 194 flats or studios, 4 units for commercial use and 304 parking spaces.
